HOW FAST DO I GET MY ITEMS
If you place between 6am EST & 6pm EST you get your item(s) within a few min up to 2 hours.
If you place an order between 7pm EST & 5am EST, you get it the next day or within 10 hours.
In the weekends orders can take 24 hours.
What are your opening hours?
We are 24/7 open!
You can always place a order, but we have delivery opening hours. The delivery take place between 6am EST & 6pm EST. If you have any question contact live support or our IG @vubmstore
HOW CAN I PAY?
You can pay with paypal and credit/debit card on the website. Put your items in your card and click on pay with Paypal.
You get two options Paypal payment or pay with debit/credit card.
If you wanna pay with Apple/Google pay or Cashapp, please contact our live support or message us on Instagram.
ARE YOUR ITEMS WITH INSURANCE?
Our items have no insurance (only the lifetime items got it)
When you want a insurance or warranty, you can buy it in the warranty tab.
HOW DO I GET MY ITEMS?
We gonna gift the items you want to the account you leave in the remarks.
Make sure you enter the correct IMVU name. If we have sent it to another account through your fault, you must buy a new one yourself.

Make sure you wear a 100% high scaler or more, don't wear any naked skin and make sure thar you wear a shoulder/chest scaler.
DO THE ROOMS GOT POSES IN IT?
Yes our room has already poses in it.
When you buy a exclusive/premium room you get a posepack too.
MY ROOM IS JUST A BLACK ROOM.
Then you probably got a timer room or a room with a teleport dot.
Timer: Wait 5 min without moving or changing and the room will load.
Teleport dot: You have a teleport dot(HOP) gifted place that (on pc) in the room and you can go in. After that is the room also mobile friendly.
